Survodutide is a dual agonist of the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors, studied for weight and liver-fat effects.

Phase 2 obesity trial (387 adults, 46 weeks): mean weight change of −6.2% to −14.9% across arms vs −2.8% with placebo.
Phase 2 MASH trial: MASH improvement without worsening fibrosis in 43%–62% across arms vs 14% with placebo.

Investigational: not approved anywhere; phase 3 trials are ongoing.
Adverse events were mainly gastrointestinal (75% vs 42% on placebo in the obesity trial); in the MASH trial nausea 66% vs 23% and vomiting 41% vs 4%.
